Confirm the order details
Check the model, quantity, configuration, accessories and required documents before dispatch arrangements are made. Provide a complete delivery address, recipient name, telephone number, postal code and destination country. Confirm payment and shipment-release conditions against the agreed order.
Agree on timing, packing and freight
Confirm stock or production readiness, the proposed dispatch date, packaging and any split shipments. Agree on the carrier or delivery method, freight charges, insurance if requested, and the responsibilities of each party. Dispatch estimates and transit estimates are separate; neither should be treated as a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly agreed.
Prepare shipment documents
Confirm the invoice and packing-list details and any product or battery documentation needed for the chosen shipment. Clarify who will arrange destination clearance and pay any applicable duties, taxes or handling charges. Document availability and destination requirements should be checked before dispatch; do not assume every model is approved for every market.
Dispatch and shipment tracking
After carrier handover, request the tracking number, carrier name, package count and dispatch confirmation. Tracking scans may not appear immediately. Check the carrier record and contact JSC if there is an unexpected delay, missing update or discrepancy. Address changes after dispatch depend on the carrier and may involve additional charges.
Receive and inspect the package
Check the outside packaging and package count on arrival. Photograph visible damage, labels and affected items, and keep the packing materials. Compare the products, quantities and accessories with the order. Report damage, shortage or a wrong item promptly to JSC and the carrier, following the applicable claim procedure.
Resolve delivery exceptions
For an unsuccessful delivery, customs query, missing parcel or return-to-sender event, provide the order and tracking references plus the carrier notice. Agree on the next step before requesting redirection, reshipment or a return. Responsibilities, extra freight costs and any compensation depend on the order terms and the carrier assessment.
